By using Heakenam services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Heakenam provides handyman and small home repair services for residential properties in Canada. Our services include plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance as described on our website.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most repair work. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 2 hours notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations may incur a service call fee.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within this period and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Heakenam's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will address any damage claims according to our insurance policies.

Safety and Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with Canadian building codes and safety standards. We are licensed and insured for the services we provide.
